Game and chat rules (English)
Brief rules of the game:
- mate, sexual content, insults, flood, warez, spam, violation of the laws of the country in which the Player resides are prohibited in the chat.
- for violating the rules - blocking the player's account
- the use of cheats is prohibited.
- it is forbidden to use mate, insult, phrases in the player's name that may violate the law of your country.
- to file a complaint against a player, write to the mail snowbatstudio@gmail.com , to the game groups or Discord server by attaching a screenshot of the violation and the nickname of the player who violated the rules.
- the administration of the Game is not responsible for the content of messages from players.
This text regulates the rules of participation and behavior of Players in the game Chats, restrictions on the actions of Players in the Game Chats,
the responsibility of the Player for non-compliance with these rules and non-compliance with restrictions.
Full agreement with these Chat Rules and commitment to their full compliance is a prerequisite for the Player to use the Additional Functionality of the Game.
The use of the Game is a proper confirmation of the Player's agreement with these Rules.
These Rules apply and determine the behavior of Players in the game's Chat Rooms and when using the Game's related services.
The rules of participation and behavior are designed to make your stay on the Game's Resources as pleasant as possible for each Player.
Failure to comply with the Chat Rules may result in limited functionality or access to the Player's account for a long time without reimbursing the Player (if any).
Definitions
Flood – low-content or non-constructive chat messages.
Flame – clarification of relations, provocation, insult, discrimination on any basis, etc.
Warez – discussion of any products, including software, distributed illegally in violation of the rights of the copyright holder
(for example, "cracks", serial numbers, NoCD, hacking, etc.), as well as links to unlicensed content.
Administration – The administration of the Game is the representatives of the Licensor responsible for the operation of the Game and maintaining order in it.
Types of blocking in the Game Chat:
Read Only – partial blocking in the Game Chat. Players with this status can read the Game's Chats, but cannot send messages.
Account freeze / Ban (ban, banned) – complete suspension from the Game for a certain period of time or forever (depending on the severity of the violations committed by the Player), including Chat.
It is usually applied to spammers, clone accounts, or participants who repeatedly violated the rules of the Game.
1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) apply to all Chats of the Game (hereinafter referred to as Chats): chat in the lobby of the game, chat during the game.
1.2. The chat is designed for comfortable communication between registered Players.
1.3. It is allowed to address Chat participants by a game pseudonym (nickname) or by name, if the participants themselves are not against such treatment.
1.4. Only one account from one Player can be registered in the Chat. The Player's entry into the Chat is allowed only under their account.
1.5. The official languages of communication in the Chat are English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Indonesian.
In exceptional cases, it is allowed to publish messages written in other languages, this is described in more detail in paragraph 3.14.
1.6. Ignorance of the Chat rules does not release Players from responsibility for violations committed.
2. Moderation of Chats and communication with the Administration of the Game
2.1. The Administration of the Game is not responsible for the content of messages from Players,
but, to the best of its ability, suppresses all violations in accordance with these Rules.
The administration of the Game provides only the technical ability of Players to post and share messages.
2.2. The order in the Chat is maintained by the Administration of the Game in the person of the administrators.
2.3. If a particular Chat as a whole violates the rules (for example, there is a discussion of topics prohibited by the Rules)
, its participants are blocked or warned.
If the Player continues to ignore the Chat Rules after issuing a warning, the Chat and/or Players will be blocked (at the discretion of the Administration). Upon receiving a Chat lock, Players will be transferred to the status of Chat readers for the period specified in the violation grid, while Players cannot send messages to any Chat. The full list of penalties and terms of blocking can be found in paragraph 6.
2.4. Administrators can perform any moderation actions (chat blocking, warnings).
2.5. The Game Administration has the right to temporarily or permanently block the Player's account, restrict his access to the Game if he violates these Chat Rules,
the License Agreement, the Rules of the Game or the laws of the country in which he resides. In addition, the Administration of the Game reserves the right to stop excessively prolonged discussions, especially those
in which the disputants have been using the same arguments in a circle for a long time and cannot convince their opponents.
2.6. The responsibility of Players for violations is determined by the Administration of the Game based on these Chat Rules, the Rules of the Game and the nature of violations, as well as guided by their own ideas about the value and correctness of comments of a particular participant for the Chat.
By starting to leave messages in the Chat, the Player expresses his confidence in the Administration of the Game in making any decisions related to the interpretation and observance of the Rules of the Chat.
It is forbidden to chat:
3.1. Registration of more than one account by one Player, even if the Player wants to continue to leave messages after blocking the main account for violating the Chat Rules.
3.2. Sending messages to the Chat under someone else's account, regardless of how it was received.
3.3. The use of obscene language in the Chat (including veiled profanity, which is considered the equivalent of obscene words, including swearing and obscene words and phrases written with grammatical errors or with deliberate substitution, separation or deletion of characters.), profanity (including prison slang) in a pseudonym (nickname), messages in a chat or in personal correspondence with other Chat participants.
3.4. Threats of violence against the user or family members, insulting family members.
3.5. Publication of false information about the Administration.
3.6. Threats against the Administration.
3.7. Publication of topics related to modern politics as deliberately provoking conflicts.
3.8. Publication of materials that are directly or indirectly related to organizations, historical or political figures
convicted by international tribunals or recognized as terrorist, posing a threat to the public and illegal,
including the use of Nazi symbols, terms and designations, as well as the names of relevant historical figures.
3.9. Direct or indirect promotion or mention of drugs.
3.10. Propaganda, posting of materials or links to Internet resources containing unlicensed content, violations of the Rules of the Game,
"cracks", "varese", "NoCD" and other materials.
3.11. Posting of promotional materials in the Chat in any form, including links to websites, referral links, spam,
open advertising of other games and companies (unacceptable advertising). The exception is links to fan resources identified by the Administration as friendly.
3.12. Trading (discussion of trading) with game characters, accounts, pumping a game character for real money (foreign currency, electronic money such as Webmoney, Yandex.Money, etc.).
3.13. Dissemination of information about ways to damage the Game, the Administration, users or other persons (Prohibited programs, information about vulnerabilities of the game client, etc.).
The player, having found a vulnerability or flaw, is obliged to inform the game creator about it by Email or in Discord.
3.14. Writing messages that do not carry a semantic load, as well as writing two or more similar messages in a row (flood).
3.15. Writing "screaming" or "catchy" messages or inscriptions containing an excessive number of capital letters (caps) or inconvenient to read.
Any representative of the Game Administration or moderator can give an assessment of the redundancy of formatting.
3.16. Begging (requests for transfer of real money, game assets, etc.) in any form
intended for individual or all users.
3.17. Open publication of private information about the participants of the Chat or containing correspondence with the Administration of the Game.
3.18 It is prohibited to distribute sexualized content, including hints of a sexual nature, texts with explicit or hidden sexual overtones. This restriction applies to all forms of communication in the game, including character names, chat conversations, and any other messages.
3.19 The use of insults, swear words and veiled obscenities is strictly prohibited. This rule applies to all types of communication in the game, including, but not limited to, user names, chat messages, comments and feedback.
3.20 It is prohibited to distribute users' personal information, including phone numbers, if the user is under the age of 18. This restriction is aimed at protecting privacy and preventing possible misuse of personal data.
3.21. The Administration, in addition to the specified violations in these Rules, independently decides what is considered a violation of these Chat Rules.4. Recommendations
3.22. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any content, imagery, or discussions related to the sexual exploitation of minors
- Sharing or soliciting sexually explicit material involving individuals under 18 years of age
- Grooming or attempts to exploit minors for sexual purposes
- Any behavior that sexualizes or endangers children
Violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.1. Be correct when communicating: remember that the interlocutor may have an opinion different from yours, and this does not give rise to a "personal transition". The best way to avoid "showdowns" is to avoid discussions.
4.2. If you encounter a violation of the Rules in the Chat, then you should not write about it publicly: it is recommended to contact the game developers,
indicate the reason for your comment (by providing material confirmation of this violation: a screenshot of a fragment of the Chat with a violation).
5. Other
5.1. The Game Administration has the right to make changes to the Chat Rules, which it promptly informs the Players through announcements in the game groups or on the Discord server.
If the Player does not agree with the changes, he has the right to stop visiting the resource and contact the Game Administration with a request to block his account.
Continued use of the resource entails automatic acceptance of the changed Chat Rules.
6. Publicity of messages and chat moderation
6.1 All messages sent by Players in the Game chat are public and available for viewing to all Game participants.
6.2 The Game Administration and its authorized moderators have full and unrestricted access to all messages in the Game chat for the purposes of moderation and enforcement of these Rules.
6.3 By sending a message to the Game chat, the Player expresses his/her unconditional consent to review and analyze this message by the Game Administration and moderators for moderation purposes.
6.4 The Game Administration and moderators reserve the right to delete, edit or otherwise affect the Player's messages in the chat room if they violate these Rules or other provisions governing the use of the Game.
6.5 The Player acknowledges and agrees that the Player has no expectation of privacy with respect to any messages sent in the Game chat and that such messages may be used by the Game Administration for security purposes, to improve the quality of the Game or for other purposes not contrary to law.
7. Terms of blocking
7.1 The Player's account is blocked until the Player contacts the Administration with a message about the unblocking request. The message can be sent to the post office snowbatstudio@gmail.com or to the Snow Bat social networks.
7.2 In cases involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), account termination is permanent and non-reversible.
