Deleting data (account) from Imposter 3D game

THIS ACTION CANNOT BE UNDONE.

IF YOU DELETE AN ACCOUNT, YOU CAN'T GET IT BACK.

You can delete an account and its associated data in Imposter 3D in two ways. The limited retention period for chat history and related records is described below.

1. In the game itself, open the online menu (the "play online" button in the game). Then click the "Profile" button and then "Delete Account". After confirmation, the active account record, profile, progress, friends, and other associated user-generated content controlled by us are deleted immediately. This does not delete chat messages or history and related report, moderation, and security records before their 6-month retention period expires.

2. If you do not have the game installed, you can delete your account by writing to us at snowbatstudio@gmail.com. In the letter you need to specify - LOGIN from the game, which you used for registration and additional information (to confirm that it's really you). Additional information may be: a nickname from the game, the approximate last date of login to the game, the approximate number of coins.

Example letter: "Hi, I want to delete my account from Imposter 3D game. My login is "justplayer", my in-game nickname is "astronaut123"."

Deletion requests submitted by email are completed within 30 days after we receive and verify the request.

Backup copies of data otherwise deleted may remain for up to 7 days before being deleted or overwritten.

Chat history retention: chat messages and history, together with related reports and moderation and security records, are retained for 6 months from each message, including after account deletion, for moderation, service security, investigation of abuse or suspected crimes, preservation of evidence, and responses to lawful requests. Access is restricted, and these records are not used for advertising or personalization. After 6 months, they are deleted or irreversibly anonymized unless a specific legal hold, binding order, or applicable law requires a particular record to be retained longer. Account deletion does not restart the 6-month period.
