End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“User”) and IP Demkin Danila (Snow Bat) (“Developer”) governing the use of the game “Imposter 3D: Online Horror” and related services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Game.

2. Age requirements

You confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement to register an account: 14 years (or the digital age of consent in your country), and at least 13 years for the United States under COPPA. Users under this age may only play in guest mode (without free text chat and account registration).

3. License grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Restrictions

You may not distribute, modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
You may not use cheats, bots, or any other unauthorized tools to interfere with the Game.
You may not use the Game for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.

5. Online services

Some features of the Game require an active internet connection (e.g., online matches, chat, leaderboards). The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue such services at any time.

6. User content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit or publish in the Game (chat messages, nicknames, etc.). The Developer may remove such content or restrict access if it violates the rules.

7. Advertising and in-app purchases

The Game may display advertising and/or offer in-app purchases. Ads are served via Yandex Mediation and its partner networks (Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, ironSource, AdColony, Chartboost, Tapjoy, Start.io, Appodeal, Bytedance/Pangle, BigoAds, Mintegral, MyTarget, Apple, and others). Only technical identifiers (such as advertising ID, device model, OS version, IP address) are shared with these networks for ad delivery and analytics. Payments for in-app purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms of service. The Developer does not access your payment card details.

8. Ownership

All rights to the Game, including code, graphics, audio, databases, and other content, belong to the Developer. The User does not obtain any ownership rights to the Game.

9. Updates

The Developer may release updates, patches, and new versions of the Game. These may install automatically on your device.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is.” The Developer does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer’s liability is limited to the actual amount you paid for the Game (if applicable).

11. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the Game. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access if you violate the terms.

12. Changes to the Agreement

The Developer may update this Agreement. The updated version will be available in-game or on the website. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to the mandatory data protection and consumer rights laws of your country of residence.
