1. When logging in to your account, make sure your login and password are correct.
1.1 If the game says that the password is not correct, then double-check the correctness of the password, pay attention to capital and small letters.
1.2 If the game says that your account does not exist, then check the correctness of entering the login, pay attention to small and capital letters. Also try to remember if you have not deleted your account.
2. If the game writes “failure” or does not write anything to you, it may be because your internet provider is blocking access to Google's servers.
If you still can't get into your account, email snowbatstudio@gmail.com and we'll try to resolve your issue.

1. Check in which folder the game is installed. There should not be any special characters and text in Russian (or other language) in the folder path. For example, “C:\Users\User\пользователь\Desktop\игры”. Here, “игры” and “пользователь” are invalid characters. The path to the game should consist of English (Latin) letters only, for example, “C:\Games\”.
2. If you have Windows 7 and below, this may be the problem, and it is only possible to upgrade to a newer version of Windows.
3. Antivirus or your internet provider is blocking access to Google (or Google is blocked in your region).

If you’re unable to delete an account, email snowbatstudio@gmail.com with the login of the account you want to delete, the approximate registration date and the player's level. Your account will be removed within 7 working days. You can read more about deleting an account here.
